Kärnfull Next partner in major Gen IV nuclear energy research project

KNXT is proud to announce its role as the commercial partner in a groundbreaking initiative to develop a next-generation Gen IV nuclear power system. This ambitious project, led by researchers at Chalmers University of Technology, has received a SEK 50 million grant from the Swedish Energy Agency, marking one the authority's largest investments to date in the future of nuclear.

Kärnfull Next Unveils Plans for SMR Campus in Nyköping, Sweden

In a leap towards more sustainable energy, leading Small Modular Reactor (SMR) project development company Kärnfull Next (KNXT) announces plans for its first nuclear new build site for an innovative SMR campus in Nyköping, Sweden.

 

The company has signed a memorandum of understanding and attained prospecting rights to explore the potential for commercial nuclear energy production at Studsvik’s industrial site on Sweden's east coast.
