DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN
We're a tech and vendor agnostic SMR project developer with full value-chain expertise from driving new-build projects forward, covering everything from permits to licensing, siting to land rights, design decisions and local dialogue. We take on the early stage financial risk in projects and our team creates value through replicable processes across multiple projects.
FINANCING AND PROCUREMENT
Financing is core to any large-scale energy project, and funding new SMR projects require our innovative toolbox. We're experts in structuring long-term revenue hedging, including PPAs. We look after all parts of the project, from SMRs to EPC and electrolyzers, ensuring quality throughout. Our end-product is a Ready-to-Build project.

CASE STUDY ONTARIO
BWRX-300 is a market-ready SMR currently being built in Canada. Clean firm power ready to sustainably decarbonise Ontario – starting operations pre-2030.
Building on more than 30 years of light-water reactor experience, the BWRX-300 is an example of how the industry can build SMRs that are smarter, safer, faster and less costly to both build and operate. Our SMR portfolio uses natural circulation and passive cooling isolation condenser systems for simple and safe operations.
BUILT BETTER AND FASTER
Proven construction tech incorporated into e.g. the BWRX-300 design adopt advanced concrete solutions proven in the gas and tunneling industries. Using a combination of modular and open-top techniques, light-water Gen3+ SMRs can be constructed in 24-36 months on a plot of land the size of a football field.
Our SMR parks' ability to shift energy output is a key feature. By bundling SMRs with e.g. solid oxide electrolyzers we're able to take full benefit of nuclear's high capacity factors – and bring down the Green Premium on carbon-free H2.
